So here it is. My first real attempt to do something about all of... this. This being the root of my problems. This is my body.
I have finally decided that I'm not just going to let my body follow it's natural course, because it's obviously not working. I'm overweight, plain and simple, and it's not good for me.
Since I gained 15 pounds in the past year, and four sizes since freshman year my body hasn't been doing so great. Bouts of depression, stomach problems, increase in colds and lung issues, mild chest pains all spring from the issue that I am not the proper weight.
So here's what I propose- by the end of the school year, graduation to be exact, my hope it to weigh around 140. That means between then and now I need to lose 25 pounds. That gives me just under four months to do so.
But I must put a disclaimer on this for all of you out there worried about me getting tin obsessed. I have no problem being what the fashion world refers to as "plus sized". I like my ass and my breasts and my hips and my thighs just as they are. However 165 pounds isn't healthy on my frame, and the effects from my weight are beginning to become apparent. That's why I only want to get back to where I was sophomore year, and not the 115 pounds I was long LONG ago.
So that's the plan. This journal will record my daily eatings as well as measurements from week to week and other things. Read it if you like, but all I ask is this-
DON'T TEMPT ME
